1. Use sunscreen if you are planning to go out during the day

Being out during the day in Delhi when the merciless Sun is shining bright can cause serious skin issues. A little tan may look good, but too much Sun is harmful. So, using sunscreen every time you go out is advised. Sunscreen will also help reduce the chances of getting wrinkles, spots, and fine lines. 

2. Use a moisturizer on your body

In cities like Delhi, the moisture from the body is sucked out. To prevent that, you must use a milk-based moisturizing cream. It will help you reduce the risk of sun tan, skin diseases and will also prevent constant sweating. 3. Fresh fruits and food rich in water content
